How can I get a quote?

Simply visit the website and send us a quick message and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours or simply give us a call between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

ARE THERE NAY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the service you’re looking for..

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

WHAT ABOUT PETS?

We love pets and we are more than happy to clean up after them. During service we recommend that you do whatever your pet is most comfortable with—not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space— so some customers crate their animals while we clean or put them in a marked room.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance before a scheduled service, at no charge.

CAN I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?

No problem! We are more than happy to accommodate our client’s busy and changing schedules. We ask that you change your appointment 24 hours in advance so we can best serve you.

HOW ABOUT REFERRALS?

Our biggest compliment is a referral! For every person you refer who books a service, we will give you a 15% discount off your next cleaning.

If 5 people use our services because of your kind referral, we will give you FREE cleaning.

Services Eco-Listic Does Not Perform

  • Washing dishes.
  • Cleaning the walls.
  • Hardwood floor refinishing.
  • Carpet cleaning.
  • Moving furniture.
  • Moving boxes or anything similarly sized.
  • Removing the burners on stoves.
  • Cleaning the underside of the cooktop on the stove.
  • Cleaning anything on the outside of the home (windows, porches, etc).
  • Cleaning electronic equipment (televisions, computers, tablets, etc).
  • With the exception of dusting the front glass.
  • Cleaning musical equipment (guitars, drums, horns, etc).
  • Change the linens on bunk beds or make-up bunk beds.
  • Cleaning of animal or human waste (blood, urine, feces, litter, etc).
